• Will NOT uninstall

  Once installed, no matter how you try to uninstall, it keeps trying to reinstall itself on every single reboot. There's no guidance on how to stop this from happening. As malware, I have a fear of simply deleting exe files, for fear of unintended consequence, so from this time forward, every time I start my computer, I'm saddled with telling Windows that I don't want Video Capture Master to alter my computer.

  Summary

  There should be some help contact to advise how to get this dreck off my computer, but there's no e-mail, help or support to which to post.

  -Customer service -I've e-mailed them several times and they have yet to get back to me -Actual product does not work.

  This product does not work as advertised. I bought it thinking that my trial version just had limits--I couldn't capture more than a minute of video, and I couldn't capture from a URL--but those limits stayed even after I purchased the product. The program itself takes up so much RAM that streaming video is very choppy, and recording it is pointless! I've also had problems with the audio being out of sync, and can't fix these problems with the program's audio functions. I e-mailed customer support over two weeks ago now, sent them another e-mail, and haven't heard back since. Video Capture Master is just a scam. Get a different program from CNET and keep your money!
