  zero Pros that I can think of.

  Cons

  This program is the worst answering system ever made.I bought it for my small business BIG WASTE OF MONEY. The saddest part is the customer service and how you are treated after you buy it. No help at all. I get the feeling they just dont like AMERICANS.

  we have nothing good to say about this software.

  Cons

  The initial install was a pain, had to try multiple times. After instgallation we were never able to actually get the program to work. Tech support is a joke, no phone suipport. We have to create an error log and then email the log to customer service and wait at least 24 hrs for a response. none of the responses resolved any issues and the final response from tech suppotr was'nt even support. the response was "we have thousands of people using this software, don't know why you would be an exception" (verbatim)

  Summary

  Poorly written program, awful tech support. Avoid at all cost!!!

• Crap-o-la,none working crap

  None, I have nothing good to say about this program, wasted my hard earned money

  24 hour turn around on tech question, some PHD in Europe send response's and after 3 months finally figured out that the program never completely installed

  Summary

  Program written for a Master Microsoft Tech or someone that is computer savvy...I've been tiring to get this program to work for a long time, many emails and file send back and fourth, with no fix, missed many many calls form customers, the only working program is the fax and that takes way to much time to get it right...K I S S we are not all masters of the machine.
