VCD Size Calculator is a small calculator for getting the size needed to letterbox/resize a video when encoding into VCD format. It works great for encoders that don't automatically keep the aspect ratio. It has the equation used on it as well so you know the math being used. This just saves time getting out the calculator each time. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
