• Works fine, supports all VB6 files

  Pros

  Must have for our forensic team. Supports all basic-compiled files (pcode, native, .net). VB Decompiler provide better decompilation than other tools.

  Cons

  We test VB Decompiler on obfuscated and dumped files - and it works! Even if the file is dumped and has broken resources and can't be start - VB Decompiler open and decompile it most times

  Summary

  Must have for any forensic research team. It does not comparable analogues.

• Perfect tool to Native Code recovery

  Pros

  I check some free tools to recovery my VB6 app and all this tools can't decompile our large project with a lot of forms and classes. We are really wondered, what VB Decompiler can recovery code from large Native Code applications. It also supports external DLL and OCX files (other decompilers just use internal database and not supports exotic DLL's). Thanks so much to the developers!

  Fast and usefull. Just start, select file and get a result.

  Summary

  Recommend to all. I don't know any other tools with support Native Code, P-Code and .NET files in one software.

  We have lost our previous software source when HDD crashed - we have no alternatives to recover all & we purchased this to recover all.

  Pros

  Decompile P-Code to source! It's wonderfull! And this tool can decompile .NET assembly on Windows 98 without any framework installed. This is amazing!

  needs admins permission to use on some programs cost a lot slow to load up dousn't get to the point

  slower loadup time then i exspected for such a small program dousnt just tell you the source it seems to go through a lot of junk the user didnt put in the program .And needs admins permission to use on some programs.not to mention cost $99 to buy which is rediculos for such a small program that only decompiles vb 3/5 over all would be 4/5 if it was free
