• PTZ control, remote access, excellent customer service.

  Pros

  Controls my PTZ cameras without a separate joystick. Easy to use and understand interface with tons of recording options. I install DVR's for banks professionally and this software does most of what they do, only without the extra machinery. The PTZ control is the ONLY software control that I've found to work. And the program will accept any type of video input, tuner card, web cam, digital camcorder, etc. Finally, the support has been phenomenal. I discovered a couple of glitches which were fixed that day and they even added some features per my suggestions!! Want video surveillance? Look no further.

  Pros

  It installed in minutes, used my existing video capture card which only cost me $29 and my old home video camera that I don't use anymore and I was able to watch my home from work or for that matter anywhere there is an Internet connection. I like it.

  Tried to have the software find my internet camera, but it won't even look for it. It says it must be a USB camera, video capture board, TV card, etc. Doesn't help me one bit.
