Pros
The pop up is really cool. It lets you know when you've been unfriended once you've logged in. It lists them together not just opening a new pop each time you close the previous. if you've been signed on for a few hours you can always start the app and check again anytime.
Cons
it can slow down if you have more than a few hundred to thousands of friends, but wont even notice if you have a decent ISP.
Summary
I like it because it doesn't slow down my internet experience.
