did what it promised (it cleaned out the comp)

erased every shortcut on my start menu, then prevented me from doing a system restore. <p>quite simply: the program is too powerful to not have any safeguards to prevent stuff like this.<p>perhaps there is a way to run this program and prevent this effect, but chances are if you know that you could do it without a program like this to help.

When I had this product clean up my shortcuts it proceded to take almost every single shortcut off my computer. Even windows applications! I have to totally rebuild my system now. I cant even believe this. Horrible. DO NOT USE This Product!!!

Good grief. Granted, I should have been watching what it was doing more closely, but it proceeded to remove every single .lnk file (shortcut) on my start menu, legit or not! It even removed its own shortcut! Now I'm forced to rebuild my start menu from scratch. If you don't go over every single "found broken shortcut", you'll wipe out plenty of shortcuts that work. This program does nothing more than clean (only)your cache(not other uses on the machine), delete files in c:\%windir%\temp, and look for .tmp and .lnk files! NOT recommended whatsoever.
