You can also control the search distance to get more closely related words or more loosely related ones. Get more specific by entering multiple search terms to match only words connected to all of them. The more you enter, the more specific your results are.

I like how this search tool allows me to find relationship between words. Very useful when I want to search for a particular content in long articles!

Pros
I really recommend this browser extension if you use Chrome. I can read what I want quickly without having to skim the whole web page. It highlights only the paragraphs that are related.
Cons
The extension size is around 9MB.
Summary
In the end, I think it is definitely worth trying if you do a lot of reading online.

Pros
It greys out unrelevant text and highlights only the portion related to your search term. That greatly reduced the time I usually spent to skim through the whole chunk of text.
Cons
Unable to search contents of multiple pages.

Pros
It is a good alternative to Google Quick Scroll. It can find on the paragraphs I only want to read about and whiteout everything else. I don't have to go through the entire page and can go straight to what I need. Furthermore, unlike Google Quick Scroll, I can open Twinword Finder manually on any web page and search for anything.
Cons
It can find me related topics, but it doesn't know about related people. For example, searching "president" will find paragraphs on "politics" and etc., but searching "Clinton" will find me "Clinton".
