  Quick response and true GUI. Can install and do everything without going to the server.

  Lacking startup features if you have to reboot the server.

  I would even pay for this program if it had startup features. It is fast and very user friendly.

  Having used igremote from same company i downloaded trueremote.ig remote was excellent & this is a more polished version of igremote with more options & runs unbelieveable quick.****CANT UNDERSTAND HOW ITS NOT MORE POPULAR ONLINE*****.

  none couldnt ask for more from a remote software

  THis product was easy to download and install. I was able to easily talk a friend across the country through download and was able to fix the issues on her laptop.

  -Really easy to setup -quick connection -file transfer is easy.

  Cons

  -Not as many options and features as some other remote desktop apps; though I guess thats what makes it so easy to use. -No Android app to go with it.....I wish I could use it from my Droid. -No real complaints, I recommend it.
