  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I use a lot of Unsanity's "Haxies" and found that Trans Lucy 1 and, now, Trans Lucy 2 work great. I open Unsanity's APE Preference Pane and put Trans Lucy on the Master Exclude list and have no crash problems. The price is not excessive, in my opinion.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I WAS a loyal user of Trans Lucy 1, however over the past year the program has become increasingly unstable, more resource hungry, and generally unusable with each subsequent release of OS X 10.4.x. The last time Startly Technologies released a new version was on 5/10/5, so I was expecting some bug fixes, performance enhancements, etc. I was quite surprised to find a version 2 that rendered the serial # I paid for invalid. Now, I'm not opposed to upgrading programs as they progress and improve, but I find it preposterous to pay an additional $15 to upgrade when Startly did a horrible job of making incremental changes to maintain stability and performance on past versions of this program. I would not recommend upgrading to anyone, nor will I be paying the relatively modest sum of $15. No, $15 is not a large price to pay, but as a customer I feel somewhat cheated by Startly, so I choose not to upgrade or use Trans Lucy in the future.

Trans Lucy 1 was crash prone and unusable. Now I am expected to purchase another new activation code to get a usable application? I'll stick with the Mac DVD player, this company s*cks!
