TrackActive is a professional exercise prescription platform for use by health professionals working in physiotherapy, exercise physiology, exercise rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. The iPhone application is for patients/clients to download so that practitioners can send their prescribed program straight to their phone. The application gives step-by-step directions when completing your program, and also allows you to log symptoms, program difficulty and progress.
