• Great Checkbook application.

  Pros

  Nice program. Blows away junk programs like SL Checkbook. I have tried almost every checkbook app out there. Checkbook has a nice reconcile feature! Well written, no bugs.

  Cons

  Can be tricky to install. Titanium Checkbook 3.2 requires older version of Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1. Titanium Checkbook 4 uses Microsoft .NET Framework Version 3.

  Summary

  For the money, this is one of the best checkbook applications out there. Microsoft Money and Quicken are too overkill. Titanium Checkbook has a wonderful simplicity to it. Mycheckbook by surprise software has the nicest graphical interface but its much more expensive.

  There's nothing to like here.

  Cons

  Titanium Checkbooks showed me the same error message every time I clicked anything - An unhandled exception error has occurred, yada yada. Then it locked up.

  Summary

  I suggest you don't bother with this one. I haven't found a program for keeping track of checking and savings yet, but I see that old copies of Microsoft Money are selling for around 5 dollars.

  Not enough features to make it worthwhile, along with the fact that it is not at all intuitive. It's almost faster and easier to use a calculator and the free check register that comes with your checks!
