Tiny, reliable, and free PDF creator

Pros
Click the 'Direct Download Link' on the top-left corner of this page, and you would download the Tiny PDF software direct from the publisher's website. Your browser will never be hijacked.
Cons
As a free PDF creator, TinyPDF does not offer much features, however, it allows you to create PDF from virtually any printable file types. If you have a need to merge PDF files, you have to download a plugin from TinyPDF dot com. Stop the spooler service before installing the plugin. That's the tip.

Hijacked my three browsers, spyware, adware, took over my hard drive and was tying up my internet. Shall I go on????

This is a risky software. After uninstalling, I did a search on "google" and found that I was being inundated with lots of horribly offensive ads, pop-ups and ultimately, I discovered traffic being sent to their "partners."

Won't install on a 64 bit system (Windows 7), even with all the workarounds that normally do fine for other programs. Keeps prompting to buy the 64 bit version for $69. HUGE waste of my time. Useless.

2 years ago, I downloaded a program named TinyPDF and it worked perfectly well. That version was the program that I have been looking for when I reinstalled my PC recently.

That original version or the first version of the TInyPDF was the program that I have been looking for when I reinstalled my PC recently. Unfortunately, this downloadable program is not it. It has a different name and it has different features.

Didn't install properly because didn't register as a printer. First thing what happened after the installation it sent me to website to purchase full license. ..

Once WAS a good and free software but is no more.
Cons
It prints UNREGISTERED in large letters all over the converted document, no way to get rid of this annoyance.
Summary
Keep away from any version that is loaded from the publisher's homepage except you want to pay for it. If you want the former freeware try to get an older version from elsewhere or use the real freeware 'doPDF' which is almost the same as the old version of TinyPDF.
