  Pros

  Simple, fast, no installation and license free, Can do most renaming work, I hardly believe it's in a 15k small program.

  Cons

  It's difficult for user who doesn't know Regular Expression which is a professional language after all.

  Summary

  I have had my work done with this tiny tool, if you know regular expression, it will be very powerful.
