All three calculators -- for vacation costs, mortgage loans and personal statistics -- are designed specifically to flow with the sales process. They share simple screens and clear calculation so that it is easy to explain and share concepts with your customer.

Calculators

1. Vacation Calculator:

- Enter the number of nights per year the customer vacations

- Enter the cost per night

- Enter the number of years the customer will vacation for

- Enter an inflation rate

Result: Total cost of vacation for those number of years

2. Mortgage Calculator:

- Enter the purchase price

- Enter the closing cost

- Enter the adjustments (ie. equity of returned inventory for an upgrade or a credit)

- Enter the Initial Investment in %

- Enter the %of closing cost included in Initial Investment

- Enter the duration of the mortgage in months

- Enter the interest rate (simple interest)

Result: Loan amount, Initial investment and Monthly Payment

3. Quick-Stat Calculator:

- Enter the Sales Amount

- Enter the number of taken for the (day, month, quarter, year)

- Enter the # of sales for the (day, month, quarter, year)

Results: VPG, Closing %, and the Average Sales Price
