  Pros

  Easy to use, pretty intuitive. Great for keeping track of time spent on different jobs, and then producing highly customisable reports for billing (and other) purposes. Essential software in my business, doing many jobs for many clients and who pay by the hour.

  Cons

  None that I have found. A suggestion for improvement would be an option to have a discrete reminder popup every so often to check if you're still working, prompting you to either stop timing or to continue. Many's the time I've wandered off and returned to find I had apparently spent 4 hours on a job whereas it had only been ten minutes.

  Pros

  I have been using this product for a very long time almost from it's inception in 1997. It is extremely easy to use, easy to learn and customize. You can have multiple levels for Customers, projects, tasks, sub-tasks, it just depends how detailed you want to be. It takes care of expenses as well as different billing rates. Try it free for 30 days and I know you will buy it.
