Timeless Time & Expense gives you the flexibility to track your time and expenses in a way that works for you rather than forcing you to track your time the way someone else thinks you should. Using an intuitive explorer interface, create a task hierarchy that makes sense to you. Up to 20 custom levels gives you the power to organize your tasks logically. Integrated with the Windows system tray, Timeless Time & Expense makes it easy to start timers without interrupting your work. Individual entries and a timesheet are also available. Find out where you really spend your time and keep abreast of upcoming work with to-do entries.

With multiple users, assign tasks and effectively and easily track progress, including overdue, outstanding, and completed tasks. You can customize billing rates, user groups, and user permissions to suit your business needs. When it's time to find out what you've done, a report wizard guides you through creating reusable summary and detailed progress reports and invoices. Select exactly what you want to report using specific dates or relative time frames to create reusable reports. When done you can preview, print, or export reports to HTML, CSV, and PDF formats. With Timeless Time & Expense, accurately manage, invoice, and track your time & expenses.

Time tracking and reporting are straight forward and customer service is excellent! Lots of reporting options.
Cons
Can't think of any.

Pros
Easy to use, pretty intuitive. Great for keeping track of time spent on different jobs, and then producing highly customisable reports for billing (and other) purposes. Essential software in my business, doing many jobs for many clients and who pay by the hour.
Cons
None that I have found. A suggestion for improvement would be an option to have a discrete reminder popup every so often to check if you're still working, prompting you to either stop timing or to continue. Many's the time I've wandered off and returned to find I had apparently spent 4 hours on a job whereas it had only been ten minutes.

Pros
I have been using this product for a very long time almost from it's inception in 1997. It is extremely easy to use, easy to learn and customize. You can have multiple levels for Customers, projects, tasks, sub-tasks, it just depends how detailed you want to be. It takes care of expenses as well as different billing rates. Try it free for 30 days and I know you will buy it.
