TimeBridge is an innovative, new scheduling tool that lets you eliminate the endless emails and phone calls it takes to find a time to meet with other busy people. With TimeBridge's Personal Scheduling Manager, you can do it all in just one step. You create a meeting invitation, proposing up to five meeting times to your attendees. TimeBridge collects attendees responses and automatically selects the best time. Everyone gets a confirmation once the meeting time is set. To make it easy, attendees need only a Web browser to respond and no registration is required. And TimeBridge integrates with your Outlook calendar and contacts. It gives you full view into your calendar as you create your invitation, holds proposed times on your calendar until a meeting time is confirmed and allows you to share your availability with colleagues in other companies and on other calendaring systems.

I've connected TimeBridge to my Outlook account and use it to schedule my meetings now. It's been really helpful in making the meeting scheduling process a lot more efficient. I can also access my meetings from anywhere by going to timebridge.com.

Cool web 2.0 tool that solves scheduling nightmares. I don't understand why Outlook or Google calendars don't already come with functionality like this. It works really well with my work Outlook account and has already saved me a ton of time.

While you can use it a web service only, I wish they had Lotus Notes integration the same way they do Outlook :-(
