Time Zone Utility is a utility program that allows you to see the time zone currently active on your computer, and uses the Time Zone Adjust to change the time zone for your own computer. It will prompt you to update the Time Zone settings on your computer (including the Daylight savings time) if any of the significant parts of the time zone information differ between the Windows Time Zone and the TZUtil information.
