The Tific Helpdesk Booster release at CNET.com is an ad-free, full-featured and real-time inventory system intended for remote or local trouble-shooting of PCs. The solution comes in two separate files to be installed on separate systems. Helpdesk Booster Agent makes an inventory on the local machine, typically the end-users, and reports to a remote server in a safe manor using HTTPS/SSL.
