  - Easy to use - Does exactly what it is supposed to do This program works as described whether you have the trial version or the full version of the software. It really does convert your Thunderbird emails into Outlook and it does a great job. My emails had all of the information in tact and they worked just fine in Outlook.

  Cons

  None that I can recall.

  Summary

  This is a no-brainer if you need to convert your emails to Outlook. Just download this software and you'll be done in no time.

• Product Crashes After You Buy The Full Version

  I tried the free version to see if it worked and it found the files appropriately. To proceed with more than 10 transfers per folder it required me to purchase the full version. I purchased the full version and every time I used it it crashed. I then contacted customer service. I wrote: Every time I try to run the program it crashes in windows 7. I have restarted the computer and there are not any antivirus programs running. Why is it crashing. Reply: None for 24 hours I needed access to my emails so I bought a competitors version and it worked. I Wrote Customer Service Again: I have tried it on two different computers and it crashed on both. It happens right after you click the button for import. Sorry, but I had to buy another program to get my emails because my thunderbird had frozen up and I needed to get my emails. Can you guys just refund my card since the program didn't work properly. Reply:Sorry, but refund is impossible which is clearly stated

  The software is buggy and when you ask for a refund for the customer service is terrible. Here is their last reply to my email. We do not offer refunds of any kind which is clearly stated at our website. Warning to anybody interested in this product... Do not buy it because it doesn't work and when you try to contact customer service they will not work with you on. It is easier to challenge the charge on your credit card than contact their customer service department.

  Simple (not many steps) Easy to follow instructions Robust (one of my PST files ended up being 2 GB, the software had no problem with it)

  Cons

  I had a pretty complex folder hierarchy. It messed up some of the naming and parent child relationships. I still rated it a 5 because it only took me a minute or two to rename some of the folders and drag the child folders where they should be.

  I worked way better than I ever imagined.

  No actual cons. I found the trial version to be limited but the paid version had all the features I could possibly hope for.

  Summary

  There are some online solutions and other software that I have used to convert my emails from Thunderbird to Outlook but none of them ever seem to do the job. One feature I really appreciated was that it preserved my nested file structure. Outlook recognized the PST file without a problem. In short, this is a great hassle-free way to convert Thunderbird email to Outlook.

  horrible - the software doesn't work and they won't refund you without making you jump through ridiculous hoops. just file a chargeback with your credit company.

  horrible experience, horrible product. go with aid4mail - it was AMAZZING and fast. This is what they want you to do to get a refund haha and they tell you they won't provide it even though the software doesn't work. 1. You should remove the program from your computer and from all other computers where you, could have installed it. You can do it pressing the 'Start' button and selecting the Programs | Thunderbird to Outlook Converter | Uninstall menu item. Then you should press 'Yes' button as a reply to | the question 'Are you sure you want to completely remove software and all of its components?'. 2. Remove the Registration letter and the activation key from your computer and from all other computers where they can probably be located, from all backup copies as well. 3. Confirm points 1 and 2 being done in the hand written form according to the form below. 4. Supply the hand written confirmation (point 3). 5. Send the copy of the filled hand written confirmation in the reply on this email. 6. Send the copy of your government issued ID

  Summary

  I downloaded the Thunderbird to Outlook Converter because I use Outlook at home and I use Thunderbird at work. I needed a way to retain my information and keep track of all of my correspondence, so I happened to find this download. Once I installed it, everything pretty much took care of itself. I am now able to convert my files and retain all of my email information.

  It's simple to use & does what it advertises: converts Thunderbird email to Outlook. I pointed it to the Mail directory in the Thunderbird profile, and it discovered all of the many mail folders and converted them all.

  Cons

  The trial version will only convert mailboxes with 10 email messages or less, and I can't say I've ever met an inbox with less than 10 messages. So, if you want to test this software for yourself before using it, set up a folder with 10 or less messages. Or trust the reviews - I took a chance, purchased the business user license, & was pleased with the results on the 1st try.

  Summary

  I did not use it to import directly to Outlook - I used the setting that converts it to a pst file, which is a more useful feature to me, considering half the time I'm also moving email to a new computer as well as converting. Outlook 2010 had no problems recognizing the pst.

  Pros

  We used it to convert mailboxes of several clients from Thunderbird to Outlook. Software is fast enough and accurate. It also allows to create new PST file to import emails instead of converting to Outlook directly. We were surprized to see how this small utility easily works with Thunderbird mailboxes of 8Gb and more!

  Cons

  Maybe there should be an option to save data to separate files also. But it is only sugesstion. No CONS!

  Summary

  Pros

  There is a lot of converters available for Thunderbird to Outlook vigration but this only one converter that works with 64 BIT editions of Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013! It is very accurate and transfers emails to Outlook in accordance with folders nested structure exactly as they was organized in Thunderbird. Thank's to CNET that it provides such great software!

  Cons

  Hmm, maybe it will be better to make option which allow to save Thunderbird emails to PST instead importing to Outlook visible at the form and not via the menu. But it is only the suggestion.

  Summary

  Best of the best software for transferring Thunderbird emails to Microsoft Outlook without efforts. No need to know something, just run and transfer. Best software in that class.
