The Virtual Filing Cabinet includes an easy print wizard for color coded tabs, labels and indexes for your filing cabinets & folders. Quick search & full document search facilities to save time, and find important documents fast.

Categories and folders are created as Windows compatible folders on your network, and are compatible with all your installed applications. The evaluation version contains a sample database. Version 4.0.1 has improved installation process.

Excellent - The entire office loves it!

Pros
Easy to use, we can now save all our computer files the same way we save our paper files! We now share our files, and can find things very easily. So simple! Thank you.
Cons
Nothing. It really is great.
Summary
The wizards are all very easy to use, we had it installed and were using it in no time at all. We find that having our filing cabinets on our computer system is a very logical thing, we wish we had this years ago! Love the tabs and labels that the print wizard makes, our office filing cabinets now look terrific too!!! The boss loves the indexes, as he doesn't use the computer as much. Some of the other staff are so happy they are going to use it at home as well. Highly Reccommended.
