• AWESOME - Does exactly what it is advertised to do

  It is an easy user interface. It thoroughly wipes any type of drive and has a built in protection to prevent the boot drive from accidentally being wiped. Just remember to turn off Protected Recycle bins as the publisher suggested and it will wipe the data unrecoverable, and I have been doing this for over 10 years. BEST PRODUCT I HAVE USED.

  It takes a long time, but that should be expected if it is as thorough as it is.

  I ran a complete free space wipe and let it run to 100% completion. Afterward I ran an undelete program and nearly every file previously deleted was still recoverable. There should be ZERO recoverable files and directories. There should be no trace they even existed. This thing does not work at all.

  Pros

  It wipes everything so easily. The different functions make it so easy to use and it has a very simple interface. It will wipe floppies, Zip drives, free space and files or folders from any drive including the boot drive and will do complete wipes of slave drives. It won't allow you to do a complete wipe of the installed boot drive and it protects you against formatting any drive in the wrong format.

  It would be nice to have the option to completely wipe the installed boot drive.

  Pros

  This is the most complete drive wiper I've ever used. It will let you select the specific file extensions you can delete (for example, just .xls files) or you can do a complete hard drive, too (just like everybody elses. It even wipes the unused file space too, so the complete hard drive is wiped. I deleted both individual files as well as a separate hard drive and both were unrecoverable as promised; no matter what recovery tools I used against them. Great job!

  Pros

  VERY User friendly, completely erases everything. Even had a friend in Data Recovery try to recover the drive and they found it IMPOSSIBLE. The full drive wipe and the free space wipe take some time BUT they are so secure that I now can trade out HDDs with confidence!

  Cons

  Can't think of anything I don't like. This product is underpriced and a GREAT BARGAIN.
