  Because we take great pride in our support, I have researched your complaint. From the information given, I cannot match you to any clients, although I have established a few "possibles", and I have researched our registration database and our email database (which includes records of internet purchases). Have you registered the product? We have no records of email support requests that have not been satisfied. The only support "problem" we have had in this calendar year is with a person in the Chicago area who left a phone message, and sent a fax. In response, we called 3 times leaving messages and emailed twice. When I personally finally spoke with him (early July, time about the same as your review) he insisted we had not been contacting him. In any case, we spoke then and quickly established that he had a badly damaged Windows installation that would not even run some standard system commands. Presuming he has solved that problem, his system should now be working. We accept support requests via telephone, email, fax, or message board. I am sure that we can solve your problem if you contact us.

  I have been using this product for over a year. Initially I had a few minor problems with setup, but a couple of phone calls took care of things. It has worked quite well for me, providing practically all the functions that I am used to from Yardi. Just recently it stopped running, and I called tech support. They were quite helpful, and we established that my system had acquired a trojan horse that was interfering. With their help, I backed up my data and reloaded Windows, and restored the system. I couldn't ask for better support.

  we paid full price for this program, thinking it would work for us (we manage just 2 apartment complexes) and it has been nothing but problems and there is no one there to help you. Everything is through e-mail and it doesn't solve anything, anyway.

  The nice building and setup wizard made it easy to get our complexes in the system. It has more features than we'll ever use, but it's easy enough to figure out.
