This product is a total piece of sh*t. It doesn't work properly with my mac and only worked when I first set it up.
Summary
I have spent countless hours resetting my Pre and syncing from scratch and it has never worked properly. For example, in Ical event duplicate themselves at the same or different times, "new events" just show up, or events don't even sync.
Half the time their website isn't working properly to get in touch with support, once you get in touch with support it takes 3-4 days to respond (probably because there are too many people who can't sync either), and the advice they give doesn't work.
The entire app needs to be rebuilt and re-released. They finally agreed to give my money back once I prove I've uninstalled the application. That's great except that I will have to manually enter any new info into my imac and my pre.
It's a basic syncing program. Gets the job done.

Pros
You can create a multitude of ringtones
Cons
It's pretty basic, not a lot of customization available in your syncing.
Summary
I am not sure it's worth the 39.95 or whatever they are charging for it but since there are not a lot of other options I have found it's what you've got if you don't want an iphone. I love the Palm Pre and wish some other developers would step up to develop an app.
Lousy, Frustrating, Waste of Money

Pros
I liked the concept...
Cons
I hated the reality that it totally flopped and I spent money on it
Summary
Bad.
Promises much... Ends up as a pricy ringtone editor!

Pros
Graphic interface is attractive.
Cons
Won't sync calenders, won't sync contacts, unusable wi-fi syncing. Shows the phone is paired but can't find computer! What's up with that? Still waiting for customer support so I can't comment on how good that is.
Summary
If you own a Mac, the only viable working calendar and sync solution I've found is Spanning Sync. It costs $29 a year, or a one time payment of $65 for "as long as the service exists..." Whatever that means ;-)
There is no sync or backup for SMS messages... my major communication format for business and pleasure. No sync for notes... voicemail...
The Mark/Space FAQ and forums haven't presented any real solution to any of my sync problems. I can wait 3-4 business days for a customer support response or I guess I could PAY for a call to customer service, but why should I do that when I've already paid for a non-functional app? Well, I guess the ringtone editor does work... that's kind of a fun TOY!
The media functions work well over USB, which is the only way to sync media, but that's best because media would needlessly tie up your wi-fi connection.
Since i already own this app, I wish they would fix it... that would be awesome... if it would only deliver what it promises!
It perfectly works. great.

Pros
It worked pretty smoothly.
Cons
I didn't test this long enough yet. I am also testing Facebook Connect anyways, as well.
