If you aren't sure of the right wine, the wine advisor can cue you on the proper temperature for serving and what foods work well with a particular vintage. For all you brew lovers, there's a beer guide with information about most of the world's beers. You can edit the pick lists to suit your needs and add your own preferences, favorites, and techniques to the recipes, cellar list, or reference sections. This is a well-designed database for amateur or semipro bartenders, with lots of preloaded info and flexibility.

The graphics make it look like you're working with your personal bartender in a place that looks like what it's supposed to be - e.g. a wine cellar. The help is good, too.
