Send SMSs directly from MS Outlook. Supports bulk sends, replies, delivery reports, scheduled sends and multi user accounts, including full integration with Outlook Calendar (reminders) and Scheduling functionality (meeting requests). Version 2.1.03 provides real time reporting on single, bulk and reminder sms. TexSMS has an automatic, unique and secure user log-in procedure directly from Outlook.

Version 2.1.07 adds new CC Mobile functionality.

I am not sure who charged magusmarq what or how, as there IS NO CHARGE FOR THE SINGLE USER TEXSMS SOFTWARE. <p> <p> <p>Some important points: <p> <p> <p>You do need to enter your email address, but that is how email-to-SMS works, how else for they get replies and delivery reports back to you?!! <p> <p> <p>You do get charged for the SMSs you send (after your initial 25 free ones) - again, nobody ever said you could get the SMSs for free, it is the software that is free!! <p> <p> <p>There is a charge for a multi-user version of the software, aimed at big corporates, but certainly not for the single user version.

Pros
I couldn't live without texSMS - everything important I need to communicate to my technicians in the field is sent via SMS. Now my staff get the message immediately, and I have a record of it. Plus texSMS is fast, fairly cheap and easy to use!
Cons
I have to add the country's dialling code to my cellphone numbers in my contacts. Assume this will be fixed in the next update.

Tiny program file to download / Lightning fast installation / Immediate authentication with server / No usernames and passwords to remember / Great support

Nothing! <p>Previous review by magusmark is rubbish - the downloaded single user software is 100% free in perpetuity with absolutely no restrictions. (Multi-user licenses are charged for). Plus you get 25 free SMSs to try the product before you need to spend a cent. After that you simply buy message credits as you need. <p>(As for magusmark's problem with having to give your email address, d'oh - of course you need your email address in order to use an email-to-SMS system!)

Programme once loaded required e-mail address - which guess what - you could only get from tex themselves at a price. This after you give them your information - no doubt for endless spam. CON COMPANY DO NOT SUPPORT
