This software recovered lost Password of my Outlook account. Without that password, all my email and other outlook data becomes inaccessible, but after using this software, I am not facing any issue with my outlook account. Recommended !

Difficult to create the boot CD and even when I did manage it after trying on 3 different computers and 3 different CD burners. The program locked me out and never did work !! The support team do not explain that the boot CD cannot be created without downloading further burning software.
Summary
Don't waste your money, I'm down $58 including taxes etc; and still no closer to a result. And, they won't even refund my cash !!

No pros since I would not get it to work.

I purchased this because I had a laptop with a lost administrator password so I could not log into it. I installed the application on my desktop, purchased, registered and then downloaded the iso thinking I could use that on the system that has the unknown administrator password. I understood that you could only use it on 'one' system and was assuming the one system would be the laptop. The iso failed to work. When contacting support, they advised the iso will only work on the computer I installed the original software and registered on. Since I was ALREADY logged onto that system, I didn't need a password for it. I tried to explain this to their support personnel and asked for a refund to no avail. They need to clearly state on their website that the iso will ONLY work on the machine the application is installed on. I'm out $49 bucks, buyer beware.

I really was very skeptical of this product. I looked at the other two CNET reviews and they were quite mixed, so I was still unsure. I was quite desperate trying to gain access to a former employees computer, so I decided to go ahead and buy the software. It took me four tries to finally burn the boot disc correctly and use it. Once this happened, it was easy-peasy and I achieved access and problem was solved..... well worth fifty bucks to not have to reformat.

Tech support not helpful. Level 2 support more helpful, but only avail 9-5 Indian time. Program not working. Demanded refund, they suggested creating bootable HD,installing into computer, booting off this. When I told them this seems unreasonable, I called my own tech support. They demanded invoice for refund. Still stalling. Buyer beware.
