  Pros

  in new version TeamWox 2.0 was included new module - IP PBX phone system. It's also free for all users.

  Cons

  I'm in waiting next advanced Project management module. That would be great!

  Summary

  thank you for help to SMB companies. Your free version is very useful for us. Now I can use task and team management, working with documents, crm, customer feedback and call centre tools in one TeamWox collaboration system.

  Pros

  Free for 10 users. You can distribute files, create documents, mindmaps, charts and diagrams. It's a full CRM application, you need to download a 27 Mb files to start your own company webhosted.

  Cons

  What would you like more? Some Polls, more trendy graphics, a dinamic interface, catalog images in the product file, a full blown-up editor for docs and tables. The charting does only that: charts no accounting.

  Summary

  I love the product in many ways: it seems very intelligent to adopt a 10 user free unlimited application web hosted. A must that excels the concept of the application: very simple interface, fast and easy to use. It seem's easy for all people in the office to get acquainted and on the move. Also some sofistication will be possible in the future with some portfolio and image editing proporcionating a unique application in the office All your collaborators will be at ease, also you get an option for timing the work that is getting done. A working time feature will give you an ideia of the work being done by your team. You can use e-mail enterprise features, chat in your own group and have a Board for your discussions. Also you can open many product files. It's a pitty you can't download a image to them. Anyway the editors are fully potencial, and you gor a Service Desk for your own issues. You can put tasks assigned to someone that can be controlled and have a responsable in a given time. A very good way for supporting your clients throught the web. In the Account you can make your own invoices and payments. In the Home window you get all the summary and recent changes, also some links to the principal news sites as CNN and TechCrunch. Very simple, with nice graphics and fast.
