The Tax Pro e-Site Manager is a custom-designed scheduling, tracking and reporting application that will increase the productivity of tax return preparation services. It is a versatile application that enables users to create a customized calendar and schedule for the tax season based on their own unique setup and resources. There is an integrated database with a client list, counselor list, attention list, and hardware list, in addition to several review and analysis tools. Email and phone capabilities are provided within the application to enhance overall communication efforts. Synchronized multi-site and multi-user scheduling is also supported if services are provided at more than one location.
