Easy program, poor customer support

Can backup and restore easily.
Cons
Have send several dozen emails requesting support. No response after 4 months.

I needed to reinstall the program and the reg code did not work anymore after only a few months. I sent 7 emails I did not receive a response had to purchase another reg code. Cannot do it 3rd time and decided to switch to another application.
Summary
Although the program is basic and easy to use I cannot recommend software with absolutely zero support. I don't understand why they even have a contact page on their site if they never respond and there is no other way to contact them.

Extremely poor search options, in case you have more than 20 clients the software stops being useful because it's impossible to find the invoice according to the important criteria, like notes, tracking number etc.

VERY EASY TO USE. I downloaded 10 different invoice programs and this was be far the eaisest to use. I produce on average 20 invoices a day and its perfect for what I need.

First of I would like to mention that the extent to which how great this program really cant be explained in words. You have to download the trial version and see for yourself. As soon as you do you will realize that Pureinvoice is different than any other program on the market. When using a program like this for your business you require simplicity. You cant have a bunch of useless and unnecessary options crowd up the screen. Pureinvoice has amazingly combined all the needed options and put them on the most simple and easy to use interface you will find. This is how to make your business moveS faster. With Pureinvoice your customers, debtors, invoices, and items, are perfectly organized. Not to mention the essential reports that you can formulate using the reports feature. Synchronization through excel works wonders giving your business the flexiblity you need. <p>In my case I looked for over 6 months to find a program. To have one custom made would of cost over $4000. But when I came across Pureinvoice I knew that my search came to an end. The best part was that when I realized that my particular business required a few changes to the Pureinvoice standard version I was able to work with them to customize reports and a few other features for a small fee. I told them what I wanted and within a week they had the changes made. After a few adjustments I had a program that was perfect for my business for a fraction of the price that I would of paid anywhere else. The only thing I can suggest is that you try it for yourself. It's easy, simple if you have the small business, which you don't need the big function. You can even save the back up and customer information, when you want to find them, it's easy!

uhm! The currency box are allow one letter as $, Ã¢Â‚Â¬ or Ã‚Â£ but not other.

Pros
After downloading about 10 different lots of invoice software this was by FAR the easiest to setup and use. I can now invoice my customers within seconds and then keep track of who owes me what with the debtor control feature. Support is also very good, had a response to an email within 2 hours!! Would recommend this software to anyone!
Cons
Probably not great for a huge company but it does everything I need it to do.
