Systools IncrediMail Converter tool can convert IncrediMail data such as Emails, Contacts, Attachments, Address Books. The software is capable to convert IncrediMail to PST / EML / MSG / PDF /HTML file formats. IMM file converter support to convert IncrediMail IMM, IML, IM, DB files/folders. There is no file size limitation, user can perform conversion of IncrediMail Mailbox in batch. User has an option to select a file or folder option to add data and they also able to load individual / multiple IncrediMail files. IncrediMail converter wizard maintains the actual folder structure and metadata properties. The tool provides a naming convention option to allows users to sort emails according to different conventions: DD-MM-YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, MM-DD-YYYY. The utility provides the Export Selected button that allows user to convert select files.

Installation of the IncrediMail application is not required to perform the conversion. The user only requires IncrediMail data files/folders to convert it into various file formats. The Business and Enterprise license of IncrediMail Converter also converts its data items into multiple file formats. After conversion, the software maintains the email properties such as Header, Formatting as same as it was before. After conversion the detailed report is generated in CSV file format. IMM file converter tool is also compatible with Windows OS 10, 8.1, 8, 7 & below versions.
