This software front for a remote backup service offers some useful features but is marred by a confusing interface. The SystemSafe Online Backup service itself works well, keeping your files safe at a remote location, immune from disasters at home. The interface doesn't make it easy to pick files for backup or to set backup rules. The program includes a scheduler that lets you run backups when you're away from the computer, a necessary feature for any backup utility. Compression, coupled with incremental backups that only copy over files that have changed, will save considerable time when you upload your archive. For a multiuser environment, the service ensures dual-level protection from unauthorized access with an encryption key and account passwords. You also can share specified folders with other accounts. SystemSafe Online Backup works well for people who have critical data on their home computers.
I am having a solid experience with this service. They maintain up to 10 versions of a file (with each change made to the file), and their encryption system makes uploading data very easy and much faster than if I was uploading file-by-file.

I highly recommend this for any user, especially for business users with sensitive data. It helps reduce worries about errors from computer crashes that could go undetected for weeks. Pair this with a Raid 10 array and the occasional local backup system = peace of mind.
Cons
The only thing I want is references. Maybe they have them on their website or in other publications. Can't find many reviews or references, and this is very important when dealing with sensitive client data.

Just what I was looking for

Pros
Simple but robust program. Handles all types of files quickly and efficiently. Encryption in flight and at rest for the best security. Top-flight data centers.
Cons
Haven't found anything yet, will keep looking though.

All I can say is wow! Why didn't I do this before

Pros
Very convenient. So easy it happens and I don't even know it is backing up. The restore function works great. I am a bit of an "accident waiting to happen" and so am always deleting information that I really need. Every single time, I could recover those files with SystemSafe. Every single time. A friend recommended this software and service to me and I am thrilled.
Cons
There is a monthly fee involved with this service depending on how much you save.
Summary
Simple to use, suprisingly so

Pros
Was a bit skeptical about the product, but it actually performs as described. Very easy to save files via the internet to the company data center (checked into this and their data centers are top rate also, not some server in a closet). Tried to recover individual files and that worked as well. Help files could be a little more user-friendly (they use words like "client" and such when "software" is easier to understand for most people.) Company probably run by geeks ;)

Product works great though, hence the score.
Cons
As mentioned above... help documentation a little technical for most people.
