This application installs a simple count-up timer on your desktop, but our tests found installation problems in Windows 2000. System Timer's digital-clock interface is small and unobtrusive. System Timer sits in the lower right corner of your desktop. It displays the total amount of time since the computer was started. Each hour a simple message box appears to remind the user about the time. Oddly enough, the timer can be reset only by double clicking its window and copying a random key number into a text box. In our tests this application runs smoothly under Windows XP, but an error appears upon installation in Windows 2000. Any user level looking for a simple computer-use timer may find this freeware useful.
Small usability but works - display only working time, nothing more (if someone needs it...).
Cons
Nothing interesting, there are a lot more interesting timers free. This only display "on" time.

Pros
I like the fact that it starts in the bottom right hand corner of the desktop. Also the fact that its has been keep as basic as possible is a nice feature.
Cons
Not that I use windows 2000 but it is still a con if I ever wanted to change operating system!
Create a small timer. This very small timer, starts when your PC does in the bottom right hand corner so it is very unobtrusive, just above the taskbar. It gives a little message box every hour, just to let you know how long you have kept your PC on. This was a feature added basically for a health and safety reason, implying you to take a break. You can also reset the timer, click anywhere on the timer and a new window will open giving you the option. To remove this program, go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
