  Pros

  Nothing... Lots of options? That is a con in my book.

  Cons

  too complicated, too many very useless options. I just wanted a time synch to keep windows time accurate. This does not do a good job with that and yet adds a couple of unwanted and hidden apps (one is called Adpeak- I'm not sure if this is ad-ware, but I do not appreciate it being installed after I made sure I opted out of all the extras.

  Summary

  Not worth the hassle or the risk.

  Doesn't install normally on Windows 7. After install, freezes up.

  Summary

  Install was with administrative permissions as required, yet install opens two windows. One is regular installation wizard, the other says it can't find the path needed and asks me to pick one. If you close the one asking for path, installation stops. So I show it where I want it installed clicking OK. Then install wizard installs it where it would normally go anyway. After install first attempt to set it up seemed to work except the program then froze up and refused to let me access any further set up protocols. Was looking forward to having a good system clock utility but this program doesn't like Windows 7.

  If I was in USA it might be good.

  Won't sync correct time on the clock to other than USA time Zones. Tried Tokyo, Australia etc and NOTHING.

  Summary

  If not in USA timezone, which is about 80% of the rest of the world, forget it. Time zones are there, just won't configure and show these times on the clock. Not even considered daylight saving etc. Spent about 15 minutes trying to configure, rebooted, sync'd again. What a waste of time. Maybe an update will fix this rubbish?<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Mar 10, 2009<p/>OK. Uninstalled, Re-downloaded &#38; Re-installed 2 more times and it finally sync'd to other timezones. Is there a gliche' in the download? Now it works as stated. Update star rating 2 or 3 more

  Pros

  SymmTime is pretty cool, especially for free. It's configurable enough, yet simple to use. NTP time synchronization is reliable. Some of the other world clocks have only digital displays, but SymmTime lets me have the good old-fashioned analog, too. That alone almost makes the difference.

  Allows you to select your own NTP servers. Very configurable.

  You can't remove it from the system tray:) There really are no cons that I see ...

  Easy to install <p>Fairly easy to use <p>it works well on my system (windows 98) with no crashes (Atomic clock did crashed and after re-install it would not start at all!)

  Cons

  Nothing really unless you are look for something fancy. I'm not a computer nerd so a technical person may pick something out but it works great for me.
