  Pros

  Simple to delay tasks that you are not ready for. Easy to add tasks with repeat, before and after reminders simple and intuitive.

  Cons

  Not available for Android or Iphone. Sometimes slow when many events need attention

  Pros

  This is not just a calendar utility (though it can be if that's your preference). Includes a host of templates and utilities that can enhance a calendar and reminder system. Also includes several "mini" utilities that are useful for desktop management. Its flexibility and comprehensiveness is what makes it so useful.

  Cons

  Can't think of any. What small issues (not bugs, but tweaks) I had with it were addressed when the developer was contacted. They were very responsive to (reasonable) requests.

The program will initially set up sample features on your desktop, but they are easily disabled and all individually configurable to be displayed when and in the manner you prefer. To-Do lists, hyperlink lists, or any other list you can think up can be added and are accessible by small desktop "buttons" for each list.

  Cons

  When you install this, your entire desktop is taken over by a calender, clock and organizer. You get *much* more than what you're bargaining for! Also, the first box that pops up is "This is NOT FREE". It looked like there might have been something to synchronize your clock in there, but I didn't trust it enough to find out.
