  I never i ordered and no idea how they got the credit card number, and no way to CONTACT THEM BY PHONE, THE PHONE NUMBER ON MY STATEMENT IS NOT A VALID NUMBER

  I never ordered the service and was charged $169.95, I have no idea how they got my info and had to cancel my credit card and show fraud, I AM AFRAID THE NUMBER MIGHT HAVE BEEN SAVED ON THE PC, I NEVER GOT ANYTHING FROM THE OR EVER HEARD OF IT.how did it appear on my charge card

  Easy to use and install. Works on all three of my devices.

  None that I have found. Works as advertised.

  Summary

  Speed is good, service is good. My ISP drops it on occasion but that is not the VPN's problem. Overall I would rate this service as very good.

  I found customer support to be fast and easy, price is good, quality of the VPN is fast with many selection of servers.

  Cons

  Web price is high but I was offered a much lower price by downloading the free trial. They followed up with a much better price.

  Summary

  Seems to be an excellent VPN. I have been using it for several months now and have had no issues.

  Pros

  Allows access to blocked sites when at home or when I travel out of the US

  Cons

  WEB pricing is high , but during the free trial they sent me special offers that were great!

  Summary

  This product worked well from day 1 and had non of the annoying adds that some of the others.I was able to access site when I traveled out of the country and was secure when surfing from home or the office. Great product!!

  After the free trail for a very low price SurfSafeVPN will cover up to three computers, including iPhone, Ipad, and Android devices, allowing you to flip your global footprint to any one of five countries.

  Cons

  None to date, everything is working well.

  Summary

  The free trial was very smooth, I did not have to give any credit card information, all they wanted was my name and email address to try the product. When I decided to upgrade it all went very smoothly, and all charges have been correct.

  no customer service agent on the phone, can only contact through email / "live chat" employees are liar

  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER FOR A TRIAL, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TRIAL, THEN LIE ABOUT IT. i had to contact my bank to get my money bank, lesson learned.
