  I have never been able to use this software alone to complete one project. It either does a partial function that I have to use other software to finish. Or it does nothing at all. The biggest problem with "MySuperSoft" company is their language barrier and ignorance toward customer service. PLEASE read the other reviews. You will NEVER get customer service. They take forever to respond, IF they respond, and know they are wrong, but -- I swear to God! - tell you to "go to hell"... this after telling them their conversion from trial to purchase is near impossible. License keys not working. And they expect you to keep you order number forever. My last series of emails telling them it is impossible to upgrade, I was harassed, FOR OVER A MONTH, and ultimately they will BLOCK your email account! I kid you not, they will rip you off, DEACTIVATE your codes for function, and will never refund anything. A complete FRAUD of a company. Stay clear of this Asian mess.

  Well, to be honest, this capture tool works quite well in my two computers and the powerful features meets all of my demands. The capture supports wmv format which is good for internet share. It can also support broadcasting video to internet. Of course, it has many, many other useful features too. I'd like to recommand it!

  Does not run well on Windows XP Professional. Lots of freezes and errors. Program often self-terminates. Software was tested on a "clean" hard drive.
