  You are on your own with this one. Every single contact link, every single phone number and every single address is bogus. I even did a reverse lookup on the ownership of the website and even that was all bogus info.

• Could be good software... almost

  Pros

  Fast, efficient, effective, but only on the software file creation level. If you want to burn something, you'll have to use other software to burn the files you create.

  Cons

  Virtually NO support. NONE! The program will not see my DVD burner. I have emailed them 7(SEVEN!) times over a month. It is the ony suport contact listed and so I am out of luck.

  Eh. If you want to burn a five minute DVD it works.

  Cons

  Any longer than five minutes and no. It would have been nice to know this. Spam bots are voting fives to keep the average up. This makes me angry.

  I've received a few error messages and it "needs to shut down", ruining the disc in the burner. But it seems more reliable than most others I've used.

  Pros

  I purchased this DVD Creator 2 weeks ago, easy to set up.

  Cons

  My cons, the product will NOT burn DVD's.The trial burned great for 5 minutes. After buying it,the product will convert but not burn to DVD. Have tried 3 different DVD brands to no avail.No followup response from company from the emails sent to them.

  Summary

  I am very disappointed with this product. I wasted $29.90.

• Hidden 5-min limit on output once you hit "Burn".

  Easy navigation, great layout.

  Cons

  "Some limitations apply" means a 5 minute limit on the output video, and that's fine. Not telling me about it until I go all the way through the process? That's not fine.

  Summary

  Maybe a great deal for $30, but I don't like their business practices.
