Its not free but stretch works! as opposed to others

Pros
You need a strong incentive to get moving when on the PC. Just reading the word "Stretch" gets you stretching, just like YAWN gets you yawning and SCRATCH gets you scratching! And the images assist too. Got me off my chair without even telling me to!
Cons
Not the most advanced software, not the nicest user experience (with drawings rather than pictures) And the biggest con: IT'S NOT FREE.
Summary
Install it, and you'll be much healthier. Got me off my chair, without even telling me to! I set it to remind me EVERY 15 MINUTES, and it doesn't feel like a "bother".
This is NOT FREE, it needs to be moved to FREE TRIAL.
