  Despite being called "Streamsicle for Mac", it only provides an .exe download. Description says "Windows 95/NT/98/Me/2000/XP". That's dopey selection of supported OSes for "Mac" software.

  Down download this if you're looking for Mac audio streaming software. If you're a Windows user, maybe check it out.

  It's a bad program. Jou can't see that your name is already used, and it only plays the songs. And it's difficult to configure. BAD!

  Im using this to stream audio to media computers around the house. Have not tested web streaming, but around the house it uses 15KB.

  Nice idea, poor implementation. Setup is a breeze, but when it comes to adding songs to your queue, the webpage reloads every time you add a song. This simply put is nothing but poor user interface design. All they have to do is add checkboxes for each song you want to add and then have a button that says "Add to Queue". Not very well thought out.

  what URL is to be used by a friend in order for him to listen to my music bbeing streamed in antoher location.? the screen shots speaks of Myserver/.... and the product says it has its own web-server built in. I am confused now

  I'm using Streamsicle to access my mp3 collection from school & work. What makes it nicer than other streaming apps is that it doesn't re-encode to lower bitrates, and by streaming at the native bitrate there is no quality music loss in music. There's a ton of other cool features... I just want to hug whoever made this program.

  ok, so it's got a few hiccups, but it works great for a 2.0 beta version. installs and configures like a dream and works 100% as advertised. a must have if you want to run a streaming server.
