  All in all just what I was looking for. Hope the developer has time to improve it further.

  Pros

  This program is absolutely fantastic for keeping tabs on your stocks. You can set alerts for lows and highs. You can add/remove stocks. You can even add in amounts you have purchased so that it will tell you how much you are up/down. Very easy to use and it works with Windows 7 (32 bit).

  Cons

  The refresh rate should have values lower than 30 seconds...This high refresh rate causes your "alerts" to be skipped if the stock jumped up quickly then fell down below your alert threshold.

  Pros

  Works with Windows 8.1. Can refresh every 30 seconds. I compared quote delay with MorningStar, which I believe is around 15+ minutes. It's close enough for general reference. You can change ticker speed, add symbols. News look up from multiple sources for your symbols.

  Cons

  Interface could be more polished. It looks like an explorer window.

  Summary
