Great script! Excellent customer service! Not only the Ticket Support script is great but I can not stress enough how great Stivasoft are in taking care of the customer!
Cons
It could be a little bit more functional, but anyway for the price it's great.

Pros
Recently I have upgraded to version 3.0 and I am more than impressed with the updates. I had the previous version of the script but haven't used it till now. I got the upgraded user version for free and definitely can say it's worth buying the developer license, especially with the discount that Stivasoft provided me this month - 75% off the Developer price.
Cons
It would be better if operators from a certain department can see only the tickets sent to their departments and also the option to assign a ticket to a person not a user group. Statistic and reports need work too. You cannot compare key metrics for periods.
Summary
It's pretty simple and purposeful support system, easy to use, one great module if you build extensive business system. It could be integrated easily with other applications and the open source feature gives you the ability to build over the script.

I am very impressed with all Stivasoft scripts offered on phpjabbers.com, and for non-highly technical users like me, stivasoft scripts are so easy to use. Plus, Stivasoft just saved me money and time for installing the Ticket Support script for me. Stivasoft customer service is unbeatable and phpjabbers products amazing.
