I couldn't get this thing to work. Not user friendly

Pros
looked good and simple to start, but that fooled me.
Cons
no auto fill on type of transaction, had to go through all. No way to figure how to post beginning balance. I spent over an hour trying to get a beginning balance and one transaction. Waste of time for me. No stars
Summary
It just was not user friendly. What's wrong with having a clue how to add beginning balance? I put in a point of sale and got an addition to my balance which I started as a "deposit".
