- Fairly Simple to use. Offers a FREE POS system. Simple Inventory Set up.

- Slightly unintuitive user interface. No help or Faq built into the software, it's only online.

- I actually found this software to be only slightly unintuitive, but I am speaking from a long experience working with computers and software, so it may just be that I took to it quickly because of that. The invoice function was somewhat simple to use, the product and service inventory was fairly easy to set up, and the POS was useable, especially for a free product. Some times I think that people expect a lot from free products, when really they should feel happy that someone somewhere decided to give their product away at all.
NOT SIMPLE. MISLEADING!

- It's a HUGE pain in the A. It's like having software designed for artists by business majors. All I wanted to do was create an invoice to email a client. They "say" you can use a free version. Everything works except for the cloud stuff. NOT TRUE!!! Apparently you can't use anything. I couldn't even create an invoice without signing up for a cloud service. I HATE companies that mislead you. I wasted my time installing and watching videos only to find this out.

- StudioCloud is amazing software, especially for small business owners. I just started my business and I've been looking around for a reasonably-priced software, and I found a free one! StudioCloud's project management is powerful, yet easy to use and understand. I can keep track of each project and what step needs to be taken to complete it and even get deadline and task alerts that pop up on my desktop. Bottom line: StudioCloud is free, easy, and very powerful.
