A must for any database developer or tester

Pros
Very easy to install, configure and run. Excellent tool for viewing and sampling test and production data. Was very surprised at how quickly it pulls back multiple rowsets from complex relational schemas and documents them graphically.
Cons
Not really a con, but you will need to install version 3.5 of the .Net framework (available free of the Microsoft website) on your client machine before running the tool. Definitely worth it for the end result!
