Add support to the Omnibox to search within the Spring API.

Spring API Search is an extension for Google Chrome. This extension adds support to the Chrome omnibox for searching and autocompleting from the SpringSource Spring Framework API for Java. To use the extension, type "spring" in the omnibox, followed by a space, followed by your query. The extension will then suggest classes and interfaces whose simple names or fully-qualified names match your query.
