Free version! SpeedCam France detects and reports the position of more than 12,000 fixed and mobile speed traps in France. Notifies the proximity of speed traps and traffic-light cameras. Displays your current speed and the distance in real-time. Displays the name of the street of the checkpoint. Displays the position of the checkpoint on the map. Proximity warning sound. Possibility to notify new checkpoints. Through a sophisticate detection system the application provides notification reducing false or approximate alerts, providing a better support to your trip. SpeedCam France will inform you of the proximity of a speed trap, indicating the distance, the street name and your current speed. The speed trap position can be also viewed on a map. SpeedCam France works with iPhone 3G, 3GS or 4G and does not require an internet connection to work: the connection is required only to show the map and if you want to signal to us new locations.
