Pros
After figuring it out, we got everything fixed. I thought there was a problem with using this with Windows 7, but turns out it worked perfectly with that.
Cons
My computer was so slow that it took almost an hour to get everything fixed.

This thing is pretty smart. Quick download and a quick install. Then it goes right to work. Found and removed all the stuff slowing my PC down.

I don't think there is really anything. I had to call the customer service and they were really friendly and helpful when we talked.

Found this on cnet and gave it a shot. To my surprise it worked perfectly. Found all my infected files and then fixed them upon activation.

Too bad it's not free. But the small price isn't bad at $19.95.

OMG - I thought I was gonna have to buy a new computer. This software saved me a ton of money. I went through several other softwares and this is the only one that fixed it.
