Absolutely nothing.
Cons
No instructions, no way to use the glitter images that come with it, no way to make your own. What exactly is the point? A total waste of time and hard drive space.
Summary
This program is useless, it seems like they just wanted to promote their website. Don't waste your time.

Useful when you can install it!
Cons
Cannot get it to work on Windows 2000, once installed, firefox does not start up anymore.<p>Have to start in safe mode and remove the Sparky add-on.
