  Pros

  It's small, simple, easy to use, intuitive, and free. It allows you to set the device for the input, output, or system audio in two clicks and the volume level for each. All right from the menu bar. Did I mention you can do it all in two clicks?

  Cons

  This really should be bundled with OS X. You shouldn't have to download a separate application for this level of convenience.

  This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Never had a problem with SoundSource on my G4 Quicksilver, OS 10.4.8 until I installed this new version. Now the volume is either full blast or off. I canot adjust volume from Sound Preferences or from menubar.
